SOLVE TECHX

Platform

The software behind the firm.

Chartered accountants are only as reliable as the system that keeps them on time. We built ours: a compliance calendar, document checklists, a filing tracker, reminders on WhatsApp, a client portal, and AI that does the reading.

What it does

Eight parts, one job: nothing slips.

  • CAL

    Compliance calendar

Due dates are generated from your registrations (GSTIN, TAN, company or LLP, employees) and kept current when the government extends a date.

  • DOCS

    Document checklists

Each filing opens with a checklist of exactly what it needs. You share a document once, and we only ask for what is still missing.

  • TRACK

    Filing tracker

Every return moves through the same stages, from documents received to acknowledgement, and you can see which stage it is at.

  • NOTIFY

    Reminders on WhatsApp and email

Reminders go out before each due date with the list of what is pending. Messages go only to numbers that have opted in, and only in working hours.

  • VAULT

    Document vault

Returns, acknowledgements, certificates and challans are filed by year, so a return from three years ago takes a search, not an email hunt.

  • RECON

    Reconciliation

Purchases are matched against GSTR-2B, income against the AIS, and books against the bank before anything is filed.

  • NOTICE

    Notices desk

A notice is logged with its deadline the day it arrives, explained to you in plain words, and tracked until the proceeding closes.

  • MIS

    Reports

A monthly summary of what was filed, what was paid and what comes next. Virtual CFO clients get a full MIS pack.

Client portal

Where you see all of it.

Sign in with a one-time code on your mobile. Every filing, document request, challan and acknowledgement is there, with its status in plain words. Try it below with sample data.

Filing tracker

Every filing, the same seven steps.

GST, TDS, ITR or ROC: each return moves through the same stages, each with a clear owner. You can see which step yours is at, any time.

  1. REMIND

    Checklist sent

    Automatic

Before the due date, you get the list of documents this filing needs.

  2. DOCS

    Documents in

    You

Share them on WhatsApp, by email or on the portal. We only chase what is missing.

  3. PREP

    Prepared

    Our team

The return is prepared from your books and documents.

  4. RECON

    Reconciled

    Software

Figures are matched against government data such as GSTR-2B and the AIS, and against last period.

  5. CA

    CA review

    Chartered accountant

A CA reviews the return and signs off. Nothing is filed without it.

  6. FILED

    Filed

    Government portal

Filed on the official portal, and the acknowledgement number is recorded.

  7. ACK

    Confirmed to you

    Automatic

The acknowledgement goes into your vault, and you get a message saying it is done.

AI, with a CA’s signature

AI does the reading. People do the deciding.

AI takes the slow, error-prone work: reading documents, matching lines, comparing periods. Every figure it produces is checked by our team, and every return is approved by a chartered accountant.

  1. Reads your documents

Form 16s, invoices, bank and broker statements are read by AI and the figures are pulled out for our team to check, so nobody retypes them.

Form 16.pdf → Employer, salary, tax deducted

  2. Matches the data

Purchase invoices are matched against GSTR-2B and income against the AIS. Near-misses, like INV/0192 against INV-0192, are suggested for a person to confirm.

    GSTR-2B → 3 differences, ₹21,420 of credit at stake

  3. Explains notices

A notice is summarised in plain language: what it asks for, by when, and which documents answer it. A CA drafts and approves the reply.

ASMT-10.pdf → Reply due in 30 days, 3 points to answer

  4. Checks before a CA does

Every return is compared with your previous ones before review. A jump in tax, a gap in an invoice series or a costlier tax regime is flagged for the CA.

    GSTR-3B · Sep → Output tax 38% above 3-month average

Sample data. In real work, AI suggests the near-misses and a person confirms each one before anything is filed.

What AI never does here

  • Never: File anything. Filing happens only after a chartered accountant signs off.
  • Never: Decide a tax position. Judgement calls are made, and owned, by a CA.
  • Never: Work unchecked. Every figure AI extracts is checked by a person.
  • Never: Train public AI models on your documents.

How it’s built

Engineering choices you’ll notice.

Nothing depends on memory

Every due date and follow-up is scheduled by the system, and anything overdue is flagged automatically instead of waiting for someone to notice.

Plain language by default

Every status is written for you, not for us, and says who acts next: “Needs your documents”, “CA review”, “Filed”.

One record per client

Your registrations, filings, documents and payments share one record, so nobody asks you for the same thing twice.

Never twice, never silently

Each reminder carries a unique key, so it is never sent twice, and a message that fails is logged for the team to act on.

How we protect your data

One-time-code sign-in, encryption, need-to-know access, a full change log and consent-first messaging.

Trust & security

See your own compliance this clearly.

A short call with a CA, a written quote, and a calendar of everything that is due.
