When you fill in our contact form or write to us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and any message you include.

When you become a client, we collect the documents and information needed to provide the services you engage us for, such as PAN, Aadhaar, financial statements and tax records.

To respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you have engaged us for, to file returns and forms on government portals on your behalf, and to send you reminders about your compliance due dates.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Government authorities and portals, such as the Income Tax Department, GSTN and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to the extent needed for filings you have asked us to make.

Service providers who host our systems and communications, under obligations to keep the data confidential and secure.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you. Client records are kept for the periods required under tax and company law, and then deleted.

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, or ask us to erase it where we are not legally required to keep it. You can also withdraw consent to future communication at any time.
