In our systems

Security that is built in, not bolted on.

  • A CA signs off every return

    Software prepares and checks. A qualified chartered accountant reviews and approves every return before it is filed on a government portal.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

    Documents travel over HTTPS and are stored encrypted in cloud storage. Download links are generated per request and expire within minutes.

  • Sign in with a one-time code

    The client portal signs you in with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile, so there is no password to reuse, guess or leak.

  • Need-to-know access

    Team members see only the clients they work on. Access is set by role and removed when their role changes.

  • Every change is logged

    Changes to your records are logged with who made them and when, so there is always a trail.

  • Aadhaar stays masked

    Aadhaar numbers are masked wherever they appear on screen; only the last four digits are shown.

  • Messages only with consent

    We message you on WhatsApp only after you opt in, only in working hours, and you can opt out at any time.

  • Your data, your call

    Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction or deletion. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for that period, then deleted.

In writing

What we will never do.

  • We will never Sell or rent your personal data, or use it for third-party advertising.
  • We will never File a return that a chartered accountant has not reviewed.
  • We will never Message you on WhatsApp without your consent.
  • We will never Use your documents to train public AI models.

Every return is reviewed and approved by a qualified CA before it is filed. Software prepares and checks; a professional decides.

Scope and fee in writing

Before any work begins, you get a written scope and quote. No surprises on what is included.

Professional confidentiality

What you share with us is used for your engagement only, under the confidentiality chartered accountants are bound by.

Proof of every filing

Each filing ends with the government’s acknowledgement in your vault, so you never have to take our word for it.

Your rights over your data

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for:

  • A summary of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction of anything that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Erasure, where the law does not require us to keep it
  • Withdrawal of consent to messages, at any time
